Indulge guilt-free with these healthy protein brownie bites, made with wholesome ingredients and packed with protein.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup chocolate protein powder
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a mini muffin tin with liners.
  2. Mix together the almond flour, cocoa powder, protein powder, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Combine the honey, almond milk, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
  5. Fill each muffin liner about 3/4 full with the batter.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool before removing from the tin.
  8. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Notes

These brownie bites are great on their own or served with a dollop of Greek yogurt or ice cream. They can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week and frozen for up to a month.
