Delicious and satisfying steak bites marinated in garlic and balsamic vinegar, packed with protein for a quick weeknight dinner or appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or tenderloin)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cut the steak into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a bowl, mix the minced garlic, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper to prepare the marinade.
  3. Add the steak pieces to the bowl and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Add the marinated steak bites to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  6. Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve.

Notes

For a deeper balsamic flavor, consider reducing the balsamic vinegar until thickened. Letting steak come to room temperature before cooking ensures even searing.
