A delightful dish that combines savory ground chicken with the bright sweetness of orange, enhanced with soy sauce and garlic.

  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the ground chicken in a skillet over medium heat until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine orange juice, orange zest, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger; whisk until blended.
  3. Pour the sauce over the cooked chicken and stir well to coat.
  4. Sprinkle cornstarch over the chicken and sauce, stirring continuously for about 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  5. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper; garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
