  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Wooden or metal skewers
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cucumber, grated and drained
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Beef: In a bowl, mix the olive oil, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add the beef cubes and massage the marinade into the meat. Let this mixture sit for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  3. Prepare the Skewers: Thread the marinated beef cubes onto your skewers.
  4. Grill the Skewers: Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally.
  5. Whip Up the Tzatziki: In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, and salt. Mix well.
  6. Serve and Enjoy: Serve the skewers immediately with tzatziki on the side.

Notes

The longer you marinate the beef, the more flavorful it will be. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for about 30 minutes before grilling.
