  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Season chicken with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, until fully cooked.
  3. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Blanch the broccoli for 3-4 minutes until vibrant green, then drain.
  4. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, and parsley until creamy.
