A fun and flavorful twist on the classic burger, these Grilled Cheeseburger Crunch Wraps are portable, crispy, and packed with juicy goodness.

Ingredients

  • 1 large flour tortilla
  • 1/2 pound ground beef
  • 1 slice cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or oil for grilling

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned; season with salt and pepper. Drain excess grease.
  2. Place the tortilla on a clean surface. In the center, layer the cooked beef, cheese slice, lettuce, diced tomatoes, sour cream, ketchup, and mustard.
  3. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly to enclose the filling.
  4. Spray a skillet or pan with cooking spray or oil and heat over medium heat.
  5. Place the wrapped tortilla seam side down in the pan and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
  6. Remove from the pan, slice in half, and serve warm, ready to enjoy your delicious creation!

Notes

For an extra crunchy finish, brush melted butter on the outside before grilling.
