Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half of the shredded cheese on top.
  3. Add cooked rice, black beans, and salsa on top, then add the remaining cheese.
  4. Top with the second tortilla.
