A delightful twist on traditional nachos, these Garlic Parmesan Potato Nachos use crispy, golden potato slices topped with melted parmesan and garlic for a crowd-pleasing snack.

Ingredients

  • 2 large potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and slice the potatoes into thin rounds.
  3. Toss potato slices with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika in a large bowl.
  4. Spread the coated potato slices in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden.
  6. Add shredded parmesan cheese on top of the baked potatoes.
  7. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, consider adding jalapeños or combining different types of cheese. Use fresh garlic for the best taste.
