Delicious hand-held rollups filled with ground beef, crispy bacon, and gooey cheese, capturing all the flavors of a classic cheeseburger.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 package refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, then crumble it.
  3. In the same skillet, brown the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. In a bowl, mix the beef, crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, and cream cheese.
  5. Roll out the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  6. Place a spoonful of the filling on each triangle.
  7. Starting from the wide end, roll up each triangle to encase the filling.
  8. Place the rollups on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. Brush the tops with melted butter.
  10. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

Serve with fries or salad and dipping sauces like ranch or barbecue. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
