Transform humble hamburgers into bite-sized wonders with these warm, ooey-gooey Garlic Butter Bacon Cheeseburger Rollups—perfect for family dinners or gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1 package crescent roll dough
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: pickles, lettuce, ketchup, and mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the ground beef, crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Roll out the crescent dough and cut it into triangles.
  4. Place a generous spoonful of your beef mixture at the wide end of each triangle.
  5. Starting from the wide end, roll the dough towards the point, sealing the edges.
  6. Brush the tops of the rollups with melted butter.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm with optional toppings.
