Ingredients

  • 1 lb sliced turkey breast
  • 6 slices of bacon, cooked
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • Lettuce leaves (romaine or iceberg)
  • Mustard or mayonnaise (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Lay out the crisp lettuce leaves on a flat surface.
  2. Generously layer the sliced turkey breast on each lettuce leaf.
  3. Top the turkey with the crispy bacon.
  4. Layer on the sliced avocado and tomato.
