Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Mix the mashed bananas with sugar and butter until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add milk and egg into the banana mixture and whisk together.
  4. Whisk the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in another bowl.
  5. Combine the wet mixture into the dry ingredients until just mixed.
  6. Roll out your dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
  7. Spread the cream cheese across the rolled-out dough.
  8. Roll the dough tightly from one edge and slice into even rounds.
  9. Place the slices in the prepared baking dish and bake for about 25-30 minutes.
  10. Prepare the frosting by mixing the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
  11. Frost the rolls generously with the icing while still warm.
