A delightful dessert that combines light, flaky puff pastry with rich whipped cream and vibrant mixed berries.

  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • Mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). On a lightly floured surface, roll out the puff pastry until it’s smooth. Cut it into desired shapes and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Slide the baking sheet into the oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes or until the pastries are puffed and golden brown.
  3. While the pastries cool, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  4. Once the pastries are cool, fill them with whipped cream and top with mixed berries.
  5. For a finishing touch, garnish with mint leaves if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

Store unassembled pastries at room temperature. Keep whipped cream separate in the fridge for up to 2 days.
