Deliciously easy blueberry cheesecake rolls filled with a creamy mixture and topped with sweet icing. Perfect for brunch or dessert!

  • 1 package of crescent rolls
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract for the icing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven according to the crescent roll package instructions.
  2. Combine the softened cream cheese with sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Roll out the crescent rolls.
  4. Spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture over the rolled-out dough.
  5. Sprinkle fresh blueberries evenly over the cream cheese.
  6. Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice into individual rolls.
  7. Pop the rolls into the oven and bake until golden brown, about 10-12 minutes.
  8. Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla for the icing.
  9. Drizzle the icing over the warm rolls before serving.

Notes

Use room temperature cream cheese for best results. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to three days.
