1 cup crushed pistachios
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 cup fresh blackberries
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
Mix the crushed pistachios, graham cracker crumbs, and melted butter until well combined. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
Combine the sweetened condensed milk and shredded coconut, stirring until well blended.
Pour the creamy mixture over the crust, spreading it out evenly. Evenly distribute the blackberries and white chocolate chips on top.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the center is set.
Let the bars cool completely before cutting into squares.
