Quick and simple no-bake cookies that are rich, chewy, and perfect for satisfying chocolate cravings.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3 cups quick oats
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat until it glistens.
  2. Stir in the sugar, milk, and cocoa powder. Bring to a boil and let bubble for 1 minute.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract, oats, and salt until combined.
  4. Drop spoonfuls onto sheets of wax paper.
  5. Let cool and set before serving.
