A comforting and simple teriyaki chicken dish that cooks itself in a crockpot, perfect for busy families.

  • 46 Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Chicken Seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar or Brown Sugar Alternative for Low Carb
  • 1/2 Cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 Cup Ketchup
  • 4 Tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • 2 Tbsp Fresh Parsley, Chopped

Instructions

  1. Place the boneless skinless chicken thighs directly into the crockpot.
  2. Sprinkle the chicken with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, chicken seasoning, and paprika.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the brown sugar, low sodium soy sauce, ketchup, minced garlic, and oregano. Stir until blended.
  4. Pour the sauce mixture over the seasoned chicken in the crockpot.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
  6. Once done, shred the chicken using two forks and mix it back into the sauce.
  7. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
