A creamy and tangy pasta salad featuring dill pickles, crispy bacon, and a rich dressing, perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta (fusilli or rotini)
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup diced dill pickles
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon pickle juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh dill for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, crumbled bacon, diced pickles, and red onion.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise, pickle juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
  4. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss until everything is evenly coated.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh dill before serving.
