Delicious Maple Sriracha Cauliflower

A delightful side dish of roasted cauliflower coated in a sweet and spicy glaze made from maple syrup and Sriracha.

Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Combine the maple syrup, Sriracha, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl and whisk until smooth.
  3. Toss the cauliflower florets in the sauce mixture until well coated.
  4. Spread the coated cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden and tender, stirring halfway through.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven for the best texture.
