Transform cauliflower with a sweet and spicy glaze of maple syrup and Sriracha, roasted to crispy perfection.

Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Combine the maple syrup, sriracha sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Toss the cauliflower florets in the marinade until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  6. Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

Great as a side dish or standalone snack. For an extra kick, add red pepper flakes.
