These turkey meatballs capture the essence of fall with hints of apple cider and aromatic herbs, perfect for gatherings.

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup apple cider
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, apple cider, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, thyme, rosemary, and egg.
  3. Use your hands or a spoon to mix until everything is thoroughly combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  5. Place the meatballs on a lined baking sheet, making sure they aren’t too crowded.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown.
  7. Serve warm as an appetizer or main dish.

Notes

If the mixture is too sticky when shaping, wet your hands with a little water for easier handling. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
