  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix breadcrumbs with grated Parmesan cheese in a shallow bowl.
  3. Beat the eggs until smooth in another bowl.
  4. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  5. Dip each chicken breast in the egg, then coat it with the breadcrumb mixture.
  6. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  7. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute.
  8. Cook the coated chicken breasts in the skillet until golden brown on each side, about 4-5 minutes.
