  • 1 cup Italian breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, thyme)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix Italian breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.
  3. Coat each chicken breast into the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place the coated chicken breasts on a baking sheet, spaced apart.
  5. Create garlic butter sauce by melting butter over medium heat and adding garlic and Italian herbs.
  6. Drizzle the garlic butter sauce over the chicken breasts.
  7. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
