  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Cooking oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together eggs and honey.
  4. Dip each chicken cutlet in the egg mixture, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Heat cooking oil in a skillet and fry cutlets for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Transfer fried cutlets to a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes.
  7. Serve hot, drizzled with extra honey if desired.

Notes

Use panko breadcrumbs for extra crunch. Adjust the sweetness by modifying the amount of honey.
