Ingredients

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  4. Dip each chicken tender in the egg mixture.
  5. Roll the tender in the breadcrumb mixture.
  6. Place tenders on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  7. Drizzle olive oil over the tenders.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden-brown and cooked through.
  9. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes.
