Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  2. Beat the eggs in another bowl until well mixed.
  3. Place the panko breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
  4. Dip each piece of chicken into the flour, then into the beaten eggs, and coat it with the panko breadcrumbs.
  5. Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
  6. Fry the chicken in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  7. Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha in a separate bowl to make the Bang Bang sauce.
  8. Toss the crispy chicken in the sauce or serve it on the side.
  9. Enjoy your creation with friends and family!

Notes

For extra crunch, refrigerate the coated chicken for 20 minutes before frying. Adjust sriracha for spice tolerance. Consider baking for a healthier version.
