  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Prepare a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Dip each chicken breast in flour, then in beaten egg, and coat it with the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place the coated chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Spray each piece with olive oil spray for extra crispiness.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
