A delightful pasta salad with creamy textures, salty bacon, and sweet peas, perfect for summer barbecues and potlucks.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (your choice)
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 4 slices crispy bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
  2. Combine the cooked pasta, frozen peas, and chopped bacon in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
  4. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to combine.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.
  6. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
