2 chicken breasts
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
8 oz twisted pasta (fusilli or rotini)
Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
Cook the twisted pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and add to the skillet. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and slice.
