A comforting plate of creamy pasta served alongside tender chicken, drizzled with a rich garlic sauce.

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 oz twisted pasta (fusilli or rotini)
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the twisted pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and add to the skillet. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and slice.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute, allowing the fragrant aroma to fill your kitchen.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Add the cooked pasta and sliced chicken to the sauce, tossing to coat all ingredients.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.

Notes

For a healthier option, use whole wheat pasta. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
