A comforting Creamy Garlic Chicken dish with a rich, silky sauce, perfect for a weeknight meal.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the seasoned chicken to the skillet and cook for 7-8 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside.
  5. Add minced garlic to the same skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  6. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer, scraping any browned bits from the pan.
  7. Stir in the heavy cream and cook for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
  8. Return the chicken to the skillet and coat it with the creamy sauce.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or vegetables. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
