  • 1 pound sausage
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup biscuit mix
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sausage, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, biscuit mix, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  3. Mix everything together until thoroughly combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Let them cool for a couple of minutes before serving warm.
