A light and refreshing grape salad with a creamy dressing, perfect for summer gatherings and picnics.

  • 2 cups red grapes, halved
  • 2 cups green grapes, halved
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl. Mix until smooth and well-blended.
  2. Add the halved grapes to the mixture and gently fold until all grapes are coated.
  3. If desired, fold in chopped nuts and mini marshmallows for added texture and flavor.
  4. Refrigerate the salad for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
  5. Serve chilled as a refreshing side dish at potlucks or summer gatherings.

Notes

For added crunch, keep nuts and marshmallows separate until serving. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
