  • 2 chicken breasts, diced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Sauté the minced garlic in the melting butter until fragrant.
  4. Introduce the diced chicken to the skillet, sprinkling with smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through.
  5. Add the broccoli florets and cook for another 3-4 minutes until fork-tender.
  6. Stir in the fresh lemon juice and zest.
  7. Combine with the cooked bowtie pasta, tossing to coat.
  8. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.
