A festive and healthy salmon dish glazed with honey and garlic, perfect for holiday gatherings.

  • 4 Salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh herbs (like dill or parsley)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine honey, melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Arrange salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the glaze over the salmon fillets generously.
  5. Top each fillet with a sprinkle of fresh herbs.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Serve warm with your favorite sides.
