  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl.
  2. Marinate the flank steak in the marinade for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
  3. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the steak from the marinade and grill for 4-6 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
