Crispy fries topped with juicy marinated chicken in a creamy tikka masala sauce.

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons tikka masala spice mix
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 cups frozen fries
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, marinate the chicken cubes with yogurt, tikka masala spice mix, garlic, and ginger. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Cook the fries according to package instructions until crispy and golden.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in tomato sauce and heavy cream, letting it simmer for 5-7 minutes. Adjust salt to taste.
  5. Serve the chicken tikka masala over the crispy fries and garnish with fresh cilantro.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Use pre-cooked rotisserie chicken for quicker prep.
