A quick and flavorful stir fry featuring chicken and green beans, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 cups green beans, trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until it shimmers.
  2. Add the sliced chicken breast to the skillet and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for another minute.
  4. Stir in the green beans and soy sauce, stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until beans are tender-crisp.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds if desired.

Notes

Pairs well with steamed jasmine rice or quinoa. Great for leftovers, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
