A comforting and indulgent dish combining the rich flavors of Alfredo sauce, tender chicken, and warm, buttery French bread, topped with melted mozzarella cheese.

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of French bread
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons garlic butter
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the French bread in half lengthwise and place it on a baking sheet.
  3. Spread garlic butter generously on each half of the bread.
  4. In a bowl, combine the cooked chicken with the Alfredo sauce and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Spoon the chicken and sauce mixture evenly over the prepared bread.
  6. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Use day-old bread for better texture during baking. Rotisserie chicken can save time and enhance flavor.
