A delightful Caprese Panini bursting with the flavors of fresh mozzarella, juicy tomatoes, and aromatic basil, drizzled with olive oil and balsamic glaze.

Ingredients

  • Ciabatta bread
  • Fresh mozzarella cheese
  • Tomatoes
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Olive oil
  • Balsamic glaze
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your panini press or grill.
  2. Slice the ciabatta bread in half.
  3. Layer fresh mozzarella, sliced tomatoes, and basil leaves on one slice of bread.
  4. Add a drizzle of olive oil and balsamic glaze, then season with salt and pepper.
  5. Top with the second slice of bread, pressing down gently.
  6. Grill the sandwich in the panini press or on the grill for 3-5 minutes until golden brown and melted.
  7. Slice into bite-sized pieces and serve warm.
