  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning

  • 4 sandwich buns
  • Lettuce

  • Garlic Aioli:
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken breasts in buttermilk for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  2. Prepare the coating mixture by mixing flour, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.

  4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

  6. Make the garlic aioli by mixing mayonnaise, garlic, and lemon juice in a bowl.
  7. Toast the sandwich buns until golden and crispy.

  9. Serve immediately with sides of choice.
