  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs

  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Season the Chicken: Generously season the chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning.
  2. Set Up Your Breading Station: Place three shallow dishes side by side with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
