Succulent little sausages wrapped in crispy bacon and drizzled with a sweet and tangy glaze, perfect for gatherings and celebrations.

Ingredients

  • 1 package of little smokies sausages
  • 1 pound of bacon, cut in half
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine brown sugar, maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir until smooth.
  3. Wrap each little smokie with a half slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
  4. Place the wrapped smokies in a baking dish and pour the brown sugar mixture over them.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the bacon is crispy and the sauce is caramelized.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Make these ahead of time and bake just before serving. You can also add crushed red pepper flakes for heat.
