A warm and gooey brioche bread pudding, filled with rich vanilla and hints of cinnamon, perfect for sharing with loved ones.

Ingredients

  • 6 cups brioche bread, cubed
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup raisins (optional)
  • Warm vanilla sauce for drizzling (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish thoroughly.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Add the cubed brioche bread to the mixture, stirring gently to coat. Let it soak.
  4. Pour the soaked mixture into the baking dish and let it sit for about 10 minutes.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown and set.
  6. Serve warm, drizzled with warm vanilla sauce if desired.

Notes

Use stale brioche for better absorption. Customize with chocolate chips or fresh berries if desired.
