A comforting breakfast sandwich with crispy bacon, creamy avocado, and a perfectly cooked egg, perfect for starting your day.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 slices of bacon
  • 1 egg
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Optional: cheese, tomato, or lettuce

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. Fry the egg in the same skillet to your liking (sunny-side up is recommended).
  3. Mash the avocado in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Toast the bread until golden brown.
  5. Assemble the sandwich by spreading the mashed avocado on one slice, adding bacon and egg, then any optional ingredients.
  6. Place the other slice on top, slice if desired, and serve warm.

Notes

For extra flavor, try different types of bacon or add toppings like cheese and tomato. You can prepare the avocado ahead of time and keep it from browning with lemon juice.
