Soft, chewy blondies filled with sweet white chocolate and tart blueberries, perfect for sharing or enjoying solo.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. Melt the butter and mix in the brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract until well blended.
  4. Combine the flour, baking powder, and salt in another bowl.
  5. Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  6. Fold in the white chocolate chips and blueberries.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.

Notes

Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for an extra treat. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
