A quick and delightful breakfast quesadilla filled with creamy cinnamon cheese and bursting with sweet blueberries.

  • 1 Large light tortilla or Flatout wrap
  • 2 wedges of The Laughing Cow Cream Cheese Spread – Cinnamon Cream
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries

Instructions

  1. Spread the Cream Cheese: Spread the cinnamon cream cheese on one side of the tortilla.
  2. Distribute the Blueberries: Scatter the frozen blueberries on top of the cream cheese.
  3. Fold the Tortilla: Carefully fold the tortilla in half, enclosing the blueberries and cream cheese.
  4. Cook to Perfection: Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the folded quesadilla for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Cut and Serve: Remove from skillet, let cool slightly, cut into wedges and serve warm.

Notes
