Deliciously fudgy brownies infused with Biscoff cookie butter for a unique twist.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Biscoff cookie butter
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. Combine the melted butter and Biscoff cookie butter in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Stir in the granulated sugar until well combined.
  4. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
  5. Whisk together the flour, salt, and baking powder in another bowl.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  7. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
  8. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading evenly.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  10. Let cool before slicing into squares and serving.
