  • 1/2 cup White granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup Sour cream
  • 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract
  • 3.5 oz Chocolate bar (melted)
  • 10 oz Cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1/4 cup White granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup Peanut butter (creamy)
  • 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup Sour cream
  • 2 cups Heavy cream (cold)
  • 1/2 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup Peanut butter (melted)
  • Peanut butter cups (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pie Pan: Lightly coat a 9-inch ceramic pie pan with nonstick baking spray.
  2. Create the Oreo Crust: Pulse Oreos in a blender, combine with melted butter, and press into the pan. Freeze until set.
  3. Mix the Chocolate Layer: Whip cream cheese, sugar, and cocoa powder, then stir in vanilla, sour cream, and melted chocolate.
  4. Combine the Peanut Butter Layer: Beat cream cheese with sugar, then mix in peanut butter, vanilla, and sour cream until combined.
  5. Whip the Cream: Whisk heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  6. Fold in the Cream: Gently fold whipped cream into both chocolate and peanut butter mixtures.
  7. Assemble the Layers: Spread chocolate layer onto the crust, top with peanut butter layer, and chill for 6 hours or overnight.
  8. Decorate and Serve: Decorate with peanut butter cups and serve.
