  • 4 croissants, torn into pieces
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Powdered sugar for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
  3. Layer the torn croissant pieces in the greased baking dish, followed by the mixed berries.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the croissants and berries, gently pressing down to soak.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden and set.
  6. Let it cool slightly before dusting with powdered sugar and serving.

Notes
