  • 10–12 frozen beef potstickers (do not thaw)
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • ¼ cup small diced onion
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced

Instructions

  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the frozen beef potstickers in a single layer and cook for about 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Add broccoli, bell peppers, and carrot. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  4. Add minced garlic, ginger, and green onions. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Pour in soy sauce and sesame oil, and toss everything together. Cook for another minute.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with extra green onions if desired.
